Lindsey Marquez, RN BSN
Owner/ Nurse Injector/Certified Nutrition Coach
Lindsey is the heart and soul behind The Longevity Lab, where she combines her expertise in wellness and aesthetics to help clients live their best lives. As a Nurse Injector with certifications in neuromodulation, fillers, and nutrition coaching, Lindsey is passionate about empowering others to overcome weight and confidence challenges.
Lindsey’s mission is clear: to create a ripple effect of positive change. From weight management programs and medical-grade skincare to cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, she’s dedicated to elevating lives, enhancing beauty, and inspiring wellness in every client.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State Mankato and her role as a nurse at the Mayo Clinic, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to everything she does. She received her neuromodulation AesthetIQ Institute and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Association of Sports Medicine.
When Lindsey isn’t at The Lab, she’s on her own wellness journey. Her approachable, friendly style makes her not just your provider but your biggest cheerleader.
Heather
Advance Practice Esthetician/Salon Manager
Heather is our talented Advanced Practice Esthetician whose passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin shines through in every service she provides. Heather’s journey began at the International Academy in Chicago, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1999. Years later, she decided to follow her true calling and attended Nova Academy of Cosmetology in 2019, graduating with honors. With her advanced training and genuine dedication to skincare, Heather is committed to delivering personalized treatments that leave clients looking and feeling their best.
Beyond her expertise in esthetics, Heather treasures time spent with her wonderful husband, Matt, and their two adult children. She’s also a proud dog mom to Carson, a cheerful Maltese, and Harvey, a spirited rat terrier-chihuahua rescue. When she’s not helping clients achieve glowing skin, Heather and Matt can often be found cheering on the Brewers, unwinding at their cabin up north, or hosting friends and family. With her warm personality and professional know-how, Heather looks forward to making every visit a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all.
Ava
Advanced Practice Esthetician
Ava is our Advanced Practice Esthetician with expert knowledge on results-driven skincare and advanced facial techniques and treatments. Trained at the Aveda Institute, she brings a clinical, thoughtful approach to every service—combining advanced techniques, corrective skincare, client education, and magic hands to address the root of each clients’ concerns. Ava specializes in customized treatments designed to improve skin health, enhance radiance, and deliver visible, long-term results.
She believes great skin is built through consistency, education, and personalized care, and she takes pride in creating treatment plans that evolve with each client’s needs. Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, Ava ensures every appointment is both highly effective and deeply relaxing.
Outside of the treatment room, Ava enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and walking her yellow lab, Tilly. With her blend of advanced expertise and approachable care, Ava looks forward to helping clients feel confident, informed, and empowered in their skin.
